Toni Daley

I am an accessory junkie and am always on the hunt for new pieces to add to my collection.  Recently I came across LuxeBaby and the name alone definitely caught my attention as well as the chunky unique jewelry pieces featured.

I got a chance to catch up with owner, Luxe and just had to ask her about her unique shop name as well as what inspires her line.  Here’s what she had to say:

“The name Luxebaby evolved about from the first name I chose for the brand, which was Luxe’ilu. It means beautiful luxury. But as I started gaining clientele and getting feedback, It was brought to my attention that the name wasn’t the easiest to pronounce. I got the Nick name Luxe from my best girlfriend Chevy.

As Luxebaby grew, I realized that I was cultivating, nurturing, and building a brand. The brand was born  the day I started creating. It’s my baby, I love it unconditionally.  Therefore, Luxebaby.

The ideas for the jewelry come from literally everything. I love architecture and bold, bright colors. You can see that in the shapes and colors I use. I’m inspired by my love of the art.  Some of my greatest creations have come from Dreams that I’ve had, I’ll wake up in the middle of the night sometimes and just sketch what I saw.

Many times I just envision a piece I want to make. The colors, the materials, the shapes. When that happens I immediately begin working on that piece.”

You can view her jewelry line at www.luxebaby.bigcartel.com or keep up with her on Instagram @luxe143 and also through the Luxebaby instagram page @luxebabyaccessories
